I signed up for a week with OnTrack to get a kick start to a healthier lifestyle. Best money I've spent on myself in a very long time. All the trainers are awesome, the facilities in Torquay are great and the take aways are realistic and achievable in the real life environment. The group of participants I spent the week with are lovely, everyone was there for a different reason - no judgement just support! If I had more time, I would have extended my stay. I highly recommend OnTrack!

What a great experience, I went there for one week and the support from the Trainers and Life coaches was amazing. The food delicious and all exercise classes were catering to every fitness level. Want to thank you all for helping me get on the right track. Would recommend this retreat to anyone who wants to try and be the best version of yourself that you can be. All the trainers, went above and beyond to encourage every participant to be proud of themselves. Again can not thank you all enough.

I signed up for 2 weeks at the pop up "Perth OnTrack" and I'm so glad I did. I needed to get back in shape and had been fearing hitting the gym or any form of exercise and so the best way I decided was to put everything else on hold and focus on my fitness and health. Jenna was amazing as the solo trainer for the two weeks and I have to give her huge credit as she stayed positive and supportive whilst working 14 hour days with no on-site assistance. While we didn't get all the things the other retreats offer (yoga, pilates) it was still very good and very practical. No starvation diets or gimmicks. I lost weight, inches and I'm back into fitness. Looking forward to the Bali pop-up!

It was an awesome week with lots of interesting talks, some of which I already knew, but happy to listen again and put some plans into place for a healthier future. The training was fun and very varied so no boredom happened and it was challenging to everyone's personal limit. The 2 hour walks along the Torquay coast were stunning and lots of fun chatting to others in the group. It was also fantastic to talk a break from "everything" for a week and focus on the most important person - Me or YOU in the future!

My husband and I have been at On Track twice now and each time was of huge benefit for getting us Back On Track. We are in our 60's and enjoy a busy lifestyle however our fitness was waning let alone our weight ballooning. I really thought my arthritic body would not be up to it but On Track had alternative exercises which suited me along the way. I managed to wrench my knee by not listening to my body and spent 3 of the 5 days exercising from a wheel chair and still lost 2.75kg. I was thrilled. The food is great and the connection with others on the retreat is so important. If you don't wish to be included that is fine as well. The team feeling is contagious. We are all in this together. I would strongly urge others to get back On Track as it well supervised and the follow up support is really encouraging. It has changed our lives.

Earlier this year I completed 3 weeks at On Track Retreat. The momentum this retreat gave me has been immense. I have lost 15Kg and keep this weight off 6 months later. I learnt important food habits and the nutritional seminars were valuable. The training and schedule has variety, which really appealed to me. The trainers were excellent, supportive but knew when to push. Will remember this experience forever.
