Chris, Leisa and all the team at Top Coach are absolutely amazing. After just starting back from a very extended break from any type of exercise, the Top Coach team have helped me to build up my strength and fitness in a safe and fun environment. In a relatively short amount of time, I feel fitter, stronger and much happier! Top Coach provide a super friendly and personalised service and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Personal group training sounds like a contradiction, but Chris, Leisa, Brooke and Jonas make it work. They bring a wonderful level of professionalism, expertise and caring attitude to the sessions. The sessions themselves are well thought out, varied, and complimentary, and are held at times that make them accessible to many participants. The coaches have amazing memories and are aware of the personal goals of the members of each class, and do all they can to help the individuals to achieve their aims. Added to all this is the ‘ family ‘ feeling amongst fellow members, which helps to make the hard work even more enjoyable.

2 years ago I signed up with Top Coach looking for motivation and a positive training experience. From Day 1, I loved Top Coach and how they cater for all fitness levels with a wide variety of classes available. The option to train indoors at the studio or outside in our beautiful bay is great. With Top Coach’s encouragement, I’ve learned consistency gets results. I’ve lost 12kg in the past year and a half and I’m feeling fit! My Park Run time is improving and I achieved a new PB on Christmas Day! After 2 years, I still look forward to every class and seeing the friendly faces and new friends I’ve made at Top Coach. I love being part of the Top Coach team and would recommend Top Coach to anyone looking for a professional and fun team to train with. Looking forward to training and staying fit with Top Coach in 2020!

Absolutely love going to top coach, (never thought I’d be one to say that about any gym) .... such a fantastic team to train with, no judgement ever! don’t have to think about what to do when i get there, it’s all set up and ready to go with lots of variety! Trainers are fantastic & they cater for all levels of fitness and abilities! Best way to start the day!

I love the variety of sessions that Top Coach run. There is something suitable for everyone and session times that suit people who start work early. Training outdoors in summer is also great. Leisa and Chris have energy to burn and are lots of fun.
