These guys were pretty straight on the bargaining, but nothing I couldn't complain about. However, I must applaud their after-care service. I left my driving license there by accident - they sent it back by courier the next day (a Monday) and called the following day to ensure I got it, and asked nothing in return.

I left my e tag in my car & they never gave it back. They said they destroy it!!! I don't know why, when they could have sent it back to me, now I'll be penalised for losing it. Also when they picked up the car, the tow truck driver is meant to pay me and not them, which I didn't know. So I never got any money from them for my car. If you want to be ripped off then these guys will do the job!! I hated the whole experience!

My broken old car was removed free in hrs . I was happy to see it gone and I was even willing to pay for someone to remove it . I initially called them but I was not happy with the reviews and the price they offered . The other company offered me more cash for my car but for more than a week , they failed to pick it up . Those people showed up in 2 hrs bought my car for cash and tow it away free . I wish i used from the beginning instead of wasting my time waiting for the other company who failed to show up .

0 Star - Very very very bad customer service. I called Sam last week and faced the worst of the worst service ever. After that I donated my car for free to a non profit organisation instead of selling it to Novo. Money is'nt everything.

DO NOT attempt to make any dealings with this company, spoke to a 'Bill' about trying to get 'cash for my car' and all i felt was getting ripped off then he started laughing on the phone, can't believe he actually operates a business with the worst service like that.
