I purchased some uggs from this store that were poorly made close to 100 the stitching tore at the back first time i put them on .The store sent them away instead of replacing them .Then charged me postage. Just put them on and they are starting to tear again.

I was very dissapointed with my experience in this shop. I'm on holidays with a friend from America and thought hey! Let's get this guy an Aussie souvenir. After looking at a few cheaply made plastic toys made in China I made it my mission to find something in the store that was actually Australian made. Even the 'aboriginal' themed items where made in China. I have no idea how this shop makes money, what an absolute gypsy ripping off tourists peddling their Chinese made Aussie souvenirs! McDonald's has more integrity.
