The gentleman that was operating the bag drop today is one of the most helpfull people i have come across. Being our first time using the service he explained the process, What we needed to do and even provided us with a approx wait time for funds to be deposited. He simplified the entire process and i will be back due to his outstanding customer service.

West Toowoomba Croquet

Wonderful staff yesterday. I've been before for bag drop and had impolite and unhelpful staff. Didn't want to go back but shed was overflowing so had to take them in. Was great to have such a wonderful man this time who was friendly, helpful and made the process seem so easy this time.

Clean and tidy, well spaced out machines. Bag drop off is available. Ability to use the app to add funds to your paypal account or you can print vouchers to use at participating stores.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. The premises are clean and well maintained. Sometimes I can't get a park ... there aren't many parking spaces. The myTOMRA app makes the process of doing a "bag drop" quick and easy. It's very convenient.
