Need Toowoomba office to contact me urgently re ref 36237596AU3. Car is now dangerous to drive and I need a replacement car . Currently in Brisbane and need a replacement car to get back to start a new job tomorrow. Your office is not ansewering and the phone is being diverted to offshore centre who are trying to book Roadside assistance BUT i have already spoken to Roadside Assistance who advise they do NOT arrange replacement and I need to speak to BUDGET. Last weekend it took 2 days for the Toowoomba office to get in contact (different issue) after the offshore call centre sent them multiple emails. Please resolve this today - as a national company with multiple locations please arrange and contact me on how to obtain a replacement vehicle today. Thank you. OTHER re (on key) 15155792. This matter cannot wait 2 days for Toowoomba to contact me as happened last weekend.

Never available.....price cheating (paid 220 instead 130 pre booked). Car was alright, service and price guarantee was really bad. Cant recommended
They advertise their fastbreak app as only requiring your driver's licence but fail to mention needing a physical credit card. No other option provided. Very disappointing Also the difference between a 8 ton truck advertised and a 6 ton truck on pickup is pretty significant
The woman I speak to on the phone is ridiculously rude and speak to you with such disrespect I called up yo hire a car and I got nothing but disrespect
Great service, there were able to accommodate me on short notice on a Monday morning when other big name rental companies told me no. Car was lovely and clean. Very happy and would use budget again
Booked online. Opted out of (Optional) Excess Reduction policy. Upon collecting vehicle I was told I have to take out ER, "because I was paying with debit card." This condition is not mentioned online. As mentioned, this is an optional policy. When I phoned Customer Service, I was told the policies I agreed to online when I made my booking do not reflect the policies the depot chooses to set of their own accord. The Customer Service Representative I spoke to on the phone (I will withhold her name) was rude, aggressive and more than a little condescending. I am VERY unhappy with the service I have received from Budget.

They told me on the phone, a deposit for a truck will be 400 but then found out on the day to get the truck they wanted 550! It could take up to 14 days to get it! Way to throw me in the deep.
