We found the stuff at toormina optus to be very helpful . thank you some of the other customers were very rude showed no respect to the man that was helping us.with our new phone's .
I really don't like giving 1 star reviews but Tyson at Optus was so rude, arrogant and unhelpful. The older lady I was with to purchase a new phone was clearly intimadated by his unhelpful aprupt behaviour and nearly walked off. She did end up buying the phone but only after me taking over and not expecting any help from Tyson. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Service is so bad, stacks of ppl lined up and only one person serving, second sales person knows there are people waiting but ignores everyone, Not good enough!!
ask to activate the sim of the wifi modem bought from coles the same one as in the optus store but just said we cannot do that. NOT GOOD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!
I have had the pleasure of having the greatest help and service from Hayden and Glenn at the toormina store on two separate occasions , communication and phone problems beyond my knowledge and causing major stress we're fixed to my great relief by these 2 exceptional salespeople with great attitudes. Thankyou, I certainly hope OPTUS keeps these 2 as they are an asset to OPTUS.
Good to get new phones and package deals always ask for a bundle when getting a new phone
