Gillian and her team have been absolutely amazing! I have given them a 5 star review because I can’t give them 6 stars. They navigated and delivered a positive result for a tricky and sensitive situation for my company. The way they went about it from the start was with care for all involved. “ Easy to deal with, no hidden agendas to the point and on point.” I first engaged Performance HR in December 2015, Gillian answered her mobile on the 23rd December at 5.00pm, meeting was set for January 6th and the rest is history. Gillian and Xavier are Easy to deal with, no hidden agendas to the point and on point. First we engaged them with overall HR duties which began with a thorough review of staff and policies and procedures, almost all staff were engaged in a relaxed fact finding discussion one on one and from there we put in place a new foundation for HR policies and procedures within our company. Then I discovered that Xavier was starting recruitment within Performance HR and used him to find a new CFO, the difference with XAVIER and PHR was they matched the candidate not only to our business needs but to our culture, at a fraction of the cost of a regular recruiter we not only got the a great employee we got a cultural fit which 9/10 times is crucial to a business. We have used Gillian a few times on what is and what is not clear in the mine field of the latest rules within employee relations and have to say every time great results, quick responses and great service at a more than reasonable price.
