The 1st boot i was sent came on time however, it was a similar style but, different model. I then sent it back and reordered the shoe again, but this time waited for 3 weeks. I tried to email them a few times with no reply, and when I called them I was told they are yet to receive the boot from the manufacturer, and there would be another month delay (after 5 weeks from the original purchase). Poor communication from the company by email (non-existent), but good by phone. I received a refund (Partial for some stupid reason) and now have wait for the boot from another company.
Excellent customer service.
