I went in looking for a new pair of boots to replace my trusty Steel Blue's. Wide selection of boots in store. Surprised to see they had my size in all the styles I asked to try - and I tried quite a few! Young lad on duty was extremely polite and efficient. Prices were good too. I'd recommend dropping in to see them.
Highly recommended, decent pricing and 5-star Customer Service by very knowledgeable salesman name Dean L. Tried Blundstones, Steel Blues and Mongrels. Sales person helped to find right fit. Bought pair of Mongrels. Will buy again from IWW.
Despite hiccup with boots the issue was sorted promptly, staff are knowledgeable about what they sell. I recommend these guys.
You know i would of given 5 stars , i had a young guy help me and honestly they should use him as an example of how staff should be.. The guy like serving me was awesome serioulsy but then for some reason a lady who acted like she had more seniority over this guy thought she would take over, and to be honest it felt pretty rude how she took over i have no idea what job she needed him to do, i know it was a quiet day. But the service from her was not heart felt, it was as if she had something else on her mind. so i think a big stuff up there.. Other then that great prices
