I had to go to buy some tools for my father for his birthday and was recommended Robson's Toolking. I was greeted in a friendly and helpful manner. The whole experience can be daunting not really knowing what I was after but the staff made it such a great experience I told my dad about it and now him and all his mates shop there too.
Hi, I'm Ian Zell. Just a quick note to tell everyone that my wife Jenny and I purchased This Branch of Robson's Tool King in June 2014 from Mellanie Robson. Jen an I come from Tamworth where we have lived for about 35 years having owned our own retail and service businesses as well as rural farming properties incorporating contract earth moving equipment, sheep, cattle and cropping. We have holidayed in Tassie often and have vowed to move here one day, now we have and we love it. Owning the tool shop is fantastic. We are meeting new friends and feel comfortable talking to people about all things related to our business. Making a sale is great but, we feel that it more important for our customers to be totally informed about a product before they buy. Come on in and take a look around at our new, bigger and better stocked showroom full of hard to find and unique tools. If we don't stock it, we'll get it! Hope to see you in our new look store soon.
