I placed 3 orders on Monday and got sender to change my delivery from auspost to toll due to auspost recently taking up to 4 weeks to deliver multiple items I still have one in sydney now going into 5 weeks so to my surprise even with everyone's bad feedback about toll decided why not as it can't be any worse than auspost well it's now day 3 as I don't count when the sender lodged the pick up and I have all my items from around australia so thank you to all the staff at toll keep up the hard work as this is how a courier should be ON TIME awesome effort and love my items.

I received several messages stating my package is awaiting pickup at one of your locations. Fair enough, I go there to collect it, only for them to tell me the courier has picked it up again 1hr ago. Why was I not informed? and why did you pick it up when it is telling me it is there.....such a hassle..... Not even a text message. Your tracker is unreliable it states that it is still there, but that is clearly not the case. I track all the way there, and it is not there. Finally they re-delivered it later in the day, but it was still a waste of time. Unbelievable
Rubbish recruiting agency that don't follow protocol. The whole board are incompetent. You know who you are.
Worst experience I ever had. One depot couldnt couldn't get in touch with. I had to wait for three days to get my order sorted being a receiver. Still not sure if I will ever get my order.
Unless you enjoy being messed around and lied to, I wouldn't recommend to anyone joining up with this "recruitment agency". Time and time again in the space of less than 2 months, I've been lied to and messed around. Told the jobs I was given were on-going, turns out the companies just needed a bit of a helping hand for a while and then i, along with many others would be without a job again. Constantly lying through their teeth. So very very unreliable. Have a habit of either not telling you critical information at all, or last minute. From experience and friends/family experience, don't waste your time. Reviews say it all. Bon Voyage! (Would put less than 1 star if it was possible btw)
Unfortunately you have to select a star. The worst experience I have ever had. To think that Kogan use this company. Driver didn’t attempt delivery just put card in mail box. Not to mention I have not received one phone call or sms that has been promised.
NOT A TRANSPORT COMPANY - Disgraceful. TOLL would have to be the worst company ever! No customer service at all. No-one at the company knows a thing about what is going on. NEVER use TOLL! The owners of TOLL should be highly embarrassed by this company. They are running a circus not a transport company.
