Driver literally forgot to pick up the package. Toll customer service said they had no intention of doing anything to ensure the package was delivered by the initial due date, even though it was entirely their fault. Do not bother using this company if timeliness is a concern to you. Once they have your money they do not care about the service they provide.

this company would have too be the worst i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, either the drivers can't understand a directive or the management don't pass it on, many phone calls with no help what so ever and then they wonder why you get angry, steer clear of this company if you can
