absolute ruined our shipping and business, customer service told me the driver will come pick up in half an hour, I was waiting for two days and got the same answer, this company and Bluestar two of YOU SHOULD NOT USE FOR YOUR DELIVERY companies. BIGPOST should not use it anymore!

Poor delivery service, first day of delivery they dropped a missed card and said I wasn't home, but I was home and driver just needed to make a short phone call or a short sms, however I applied for delivery to a delivery point that they provided in their site and supposed to be delivered there next day for pickup, surprisingly I've got another missed card at my door next following day, I have contacted customer service to find out what's going on? They said sorry we will deliver it to delivery point next Monday because it was Friday and they don't have service on Saturday, guess what? Monday while I was in balcony and looking outside received an sms again : we attempted to deliver your parcel, however were unsuccessful , contacted to customer service again, after 15 min waiting on hold, a lady said sorry driver didn't deliver it today, we will deliver it as soon as possible, just wait for confirmation sms, I can't believe it at all. Thay didn't deliver my parcel and on delivery history recorded as undeliverable/closed,not home.... That's disappointing for a big company in Australia

Did not have a delivery, but driver of a truck delivering opposite thought he was justified to drive up and over our nature strip, regardless of destroying what we maintain. Naturally, dve off leaving the carnage behind....not his worry. I caught him doing it and told him to get off our grass. His reply...it won't hurt it. Couldn't care less. No doubt pay back, he drove off going back on the grass with his wheels gouging all along it. You freight companies need to instill quality control on your driver's. Damaging other people's property in the process of delivering elsewhere IS NOT ON. I have the plate number of the truck if you're bothered to follow it up. So now, my problem and my time to repair a lawn that was once in perfect condition and appearance thanks to Toll Express's don't give damn driver.

Item was due to ship to Blairgowrie from Dandenong, has travelled from Dandenong to altona then to traralgon, back to altona then back to traralgon for the second time. Need a serious overhaul of their logistics system!! All despite the tracking saying my item has been delivered. Now well over a week overdue!
