Delivery driver from the airport depot tried delivering to my house at 7:30am while I was in the shower, left a note to track the package but the Toll website was down. On-the-ball guy named Adrian listened to me when I called and arranged for the packed to be dropped off there by the courier so it was local for me to collect (rather than try to get to the airport when I don't drive). Very friendly, prompt and professional service on the phone and in the office. Thank you.

Toll drivers damage packages, tracking system throws Error 404 so you have no clue where your stuff is. I have security camera footage of them not even trying to knock on my door at 3pm. I live in the north, the depot is not just in the south but far south of adelaide like as in at adelaide airport. Paid 20 for no package. Postal and courier services are supposed to deliver not keep my mail for safe keeping.

I don’t think there is one redeeming thing about this company. They totally stuffed up delivery, was on to customer service for an hour and a half and got cut off 6 times. My arm is literally cut open from an incident with their service. Go somewhere els! These guys suck. I’m thinking of suing as I have the whole thing on my survalance system.

I called their 131531 line and nothing but bad service leaving me a very unhappy customer who has been told to wait around all day for parcels when I've given them authority to leave at the door as everyone in the house works full time and can not receive the parcels by signing between 8-5!! All bloody useless and will not negotiate with me, when it's my purchases I've paid for which id think I have a right what happens and where they get left!!!

Horrible service. Why have an option to leave at my front door if you are not going to?? I paid for it, I signed that card which lets you leave it my front door, so LEAVE IT AT MY FRONT DOOR.

Inflexible, horrible service, took over half hour to answer the phone. Never use them ever.
