Dear FedEx, I think the way you are providing your service, it is high time to shut down freight service and think about something else. If you still want to continue, for god sake provide a cell phone to your drivers so that they can call the recipient before dropping sorry we missed you card. Your are charging customer's kidney & liver for the freight service which though take million years to arrive, I am pretty sure you can easily afford to buy a cell phone for the drivers.

I booked an overnight express guaranteed service, not only the packages was delayed by more than 3 days (it still hasn't arrived at the time of writing), no one in TNT seems to know the reason or can provide a solution. I talked to at least 5 people in the customer service team, everyone just told me either to wait or they will follow up and call me back. In particular, Amelia in the team promised to follow up for me and give me a call back. After I waited for 2 hours, I called them back and only to found out that she has left the office. Everyone was giving me different answers and the don't even make sense... I paid a lot for the service for the guarantee delivery time, not for the risk that it will be delayed. Fine, if it is delayed, at least help me to resolve the issue. At the end, the manager told me that there is nothing else she could do for me. This is a particularly important parcel for me, I even accounted for a couple of days buffer in case of delays during Christmas, but never imagined that TNT is this unprofessional, sloppy and just full of contradicting excuses. If you can't deliver your guarantee, don't take up the job in the first place. WORST experience ever. NEVER USE THIS EVER - YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN AFTER YOU PAID THEM YOUR HARD EARN MONEY!
I was expecting an important delivery from overseas sent via FedEx and was worried when I saw tracking information had it sitting at the Enfield NSW TNT depot (given the appalling reputation amongst Google reviewers). Sure enough it sat for several days in Enfield, and then on the day of supposed delivery I got to see the TNT driver leaving a "Sorry We Missed You" card into my mailbox with zero attempt at delivering to my house. We'll be using DHL in future.
dont even know what to say abt this company. Never ever ever this disappointed abt australian delivery system. Never trust they say someone will call you back today or text u coz it will never happen. TNT should go bankcrukpt instead of playing australian customers
I am very upset by the careless service TNT Australia provided to me. First of all, when the driver arrived to the delivery location (my residence) she behaved me quite rudely and arrogantly. Talked to me disrespectfully and when I stop her from treating me rudely, she threatened me to take my parcels back and go. And she finally did it. She hold me items and in front of me left. And until now, nobody is responsible about where is my parcels. Here are pics of her car. PS, I know TNT management do not care about this review.
zero stars. never use TNT. We have been waiting weeks for several packages from them. They keep telling me they are not sure why it hasn't left the depot but they can see it there on the dock. can not give me a delivery date. Can not give me any answers. They know all our details I have called everyday. still no date. please do not use them
Told that a package would be delivered by them between 9am to 5pm. They apparently attempted delivery at 6:30pm when no one was home. They didn't even bother to leave a note saying that they had come. Two days later I receive an email advising that the package can be picked up from the Enfield warehouse. I drive to the Enfield warehouse only to be told there that the package cannot be found and is unavailable to be picked up. Numerous other customers in the warehouse office are very angry because the same thing has happened to them. Receive a call on Saturday morning advising that the package is now available to be picked up from Enfield. Specifically asked them what time the Enfield warehouse was open until. I was told they were open until 4pm. Drive back out to Enfield at 1pm only to find out, once there, that they closed at 12pm. Will have to drive back out there for a third time on Monday. They had better have the parcel ready by then.
I was behind a truck (Plates: CB Z4 DD) He/she attempted to turn right when the light turned green but the arrow was still red, a pedestrian was crossing. Lucky there's no red light camera on this particular intersection otherwise he/she would have gotten flashed / fined and oncoming would be wrongfully blocked.
