Got there trying to find a lost parcel as telephone support was next to useless. Reception was completely unmanned, no one in sight anywhere. Luckily another customer arrived who found a horn button somewhere along the warehouse wall. Eventually a reluctant staff member emerged and served the other customer. He was about to slam the door when I got his attention. To his credit he did find my parcel. All in all, in my experience they are anything but the "People Network".

I have had a terrible experience with this shipping company. My freight was originally scheduled for delivery on the 30th Dec, the date was changed to the 11th Jan without any communication to me as of why or how. On the 11th i proceeded to take the day off work to be home all day with once again no updates and no delivery. Utterly terrible communication. Finally on the 12th i get a message saying my fright is onboard for delivery so i take a half day off to be home. After waiting around all day until 5pm i call TNT for them to let me know the local depot is understaffed and that there was some 'error' and my delivery was never on board. (Which i was never told) and it would be onboard the next day (The 13th which is today). Subsequently i have heard nothing and just want to say i would not recommend this shipping company to anyone ever. Very very disappointed.
Terrible. Goods sit in depot for days. No one contacts you, and it's impossible to call a human being. Automated responses say someone will call then they don't. Finally you go to the depot to pick up the thing TNT seem incapable of putting on a van to your house and they walk around for 10 minutes before finding it. This isn't a one off experience. I've had two other very similar experiences with TNT, who are laughably calling themselves'the people network'.
the staff member that i was talking to over the phone was very unhelpful and to be honest a bit rude, would not redeliver my package but i can not make it on time to pick it up due to work. they would not come up with a solution to my problem and pretty much told me that it was my problem.
After 1 hour of wait on call, I have got answer by computer the system is not Ok
A turtle is faster than them. Very very very poor service.
Not related to the place, the service can be terribly poor.
My package was taken to a Tnt branch 30 mins from where i live after i specifically ticked the box for it to be left in a safe place, im unable to get my parcel at all now as they as closed before i finish work, i tried to arrange soemthing over the phone with the depo but after a horrible 10 min chat, apparently there is nothing they can do. Appauling customer service, i recommend hiring new staff
