If I could give negative stars, I'd give them 10. Paid for a door to door express air freight service only to have my goods held for 3 weeks with absolutely no answers as to why or when I'll receive my goods. DO NOT USE TNT's services!

I would give negative stars if there was the option to do so. My package has been scanned for weeks at the depot. Now Christmas eve and after numerous calls, not getting anywhere it looks as though my wife is going without her Christmas present. Thanks TNT. Absolutely shocking service!!

I give 1 star in very rare situations, but have absolutely no hesitation in giving TNT. Laziest drivers I’ve ever seen. Never deliver parcels successfully on first try. Straight up lier with their delivery attempts. For most days, be positive guys, but can be negative to TNT. They deserve it. Totally frustrating experiences!

The rudest most unprofessional customer service representative I have ever dealt with. (Her name is Amanda). Not only was she extremely unhelpful with helping me receive the package we ordered, she hung up on me after she said she would return my package back to the supplier. I would never recommend this awful company. I can't get any decent help and have not idea how to receive my parcel. I wish I could give no stars.

Asked for a re delivery on the 29th of December, it was attempted on the 27th of December. After a rude customer service agent explained I had the date wrong and had to reschedule I rescheduled for the 28th and cancelled my morning plans. Package arrived is a gash in the back near the word "DO NOT CRUSH" luckily my parcel was undamaged, but the best part was the delivery guy who basically bolted after getting a signature. To top the whole thing off I found a slip on the cover calling for a delivery on the 29th of December, this review is posted on the 28th. Thanks for telling me it was my fault and giving proof it wasn't. Will not ship with them again. -Colin

Avoid using this company to move your freight. They don't care one bit about you as a customer or the consequences of their very poor commitment to getting your parcel to where ever it was supposed to go. We had a package of spare parts for one of our biggest customers lost. Not only do we have to keep chasing them when they say they will get back to us, but they will not cover the cost of these relatively expensive parts and just don't care. Their service is disgraceful. They don't even rate as a one star freight forwarder..

My valuable item was just left downstairs, even though I was home nobody rang the intercom whatsoever. The last update on the tracking page said delivery was delayed. WHILE MY PACKAGE SAT DOWNSTAIRS. Lucky I found out as my partner was coming back from a run and he randomly saw my name on the parcel sitting around in the lobby. I then called to give a feedback about my experience, and was put on hold for 5 minutes, talked to two people, only to be told somebody will call me the next day to hear my feedback. They didn't even bother to put me through to the "feedback department". It had to wait you know. I mean, can't you improve anything? This is honestly such bad service. People pay huge amounts for express delivery, and they trust you with their valuables, and this is what they get. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be using TNT again, and I'm glad TNT is going away. Good riddance.

They don’t even bother trying to deliver. I spoke with the owner of a so called TNT exchange location (newsagent) who told me that TNT drivers simply just take parcels from their depot to exchanges now to save time delivering them all individually. Quite shocking really when their only job is to actually deliver from point A to B. Go bust already TNT!
