Very methodical about how they treat you, taking the time if you have it, or they can move quickly if your in a rush. Great warranty follow up, and very knowledgeable about their products. If you need tractor parts or mower parts these guys will help you out. I have found they are good on price, and they very handy to the coast.

This company was fantastic to deal with. I am a first time tractor owner and visited many dealerships to load up with information on what I required to accomplish the work I want to do on my 40 acre property. Shane Green was by far the most helpful and never once pushed for a sale, in fact he encouraged me to talk to as many people as possible including other dealerships. In the end TMI had the right product for my situation and I could see that TMI could provide all the after sales service and support to ensure I get the most out of my equipment. The handover done by Shane was comprehensive to say the least. He spent over 3 hours showing me the tractors functions, service points, how to slash and use of my post hole digger. It felt like nothing was too much trouble even for a small time "city farmer" like myself. I would highly recommend TMI tractors.
Great company to deal with. I first spoke with them and left my details with a price range I was looking to spend in and what I wanted. I thought like most companies on the coast that I would not hear from them again but it was the exact opposite, any time a tractor looked like coming in they called me to see if I was interested and we ended up buying one that we are very stoked with. The service, advise and support is second to none and I would and have recommended them to other people I know. Thank you guy's for everything.
