Asked for some general details over the phone and the woman was nothing but a rude POS. Emailed later and got a terrific reply from someone else working from home. So whoever is working in the office, you are terrible at your job.

A member of my family has the same name as my father. Without my father's knowledge, he transferred title in my father's property from my father to him. I pointed out the fraud to the Titles Registry Office after my father's death and they could not care less. Lesson learned people: If you want to transfer title from your family members to yourself via fraud then you will get away with it!

COVID has turned the level 11 Titles office the equivalent of a 3rd world dump. No staff. Papers strewn everywhere. No service. Tacky laminated messages of how to do everything yourself, yet you still have to pay. Avoid going there.

I have called a number of times and found the staff to be very helpful.

I have had to ring the titles office three times in the process of asking questions about registering the new title for our small subdivision. I have found them all to be most helpful and kind. The phone has been answered quickly and all my questions answered. Thank you to the latest officer, Brendan.

Contemptuous staff who don't even pretend to want to help. Surely there can be some training in customer service - and how can the staff enjoy being like that? Their job satisfaction must be zero. Very sad when they have a good secure job and obviously take it for granted.
