Tim’s tackle didn’t disappoint. What seemed a small locally owned business, was. Nothing better then supporting the little guy. TIMS GOT THE TACKLE . Old mate Tim has local knowledge for the local fishing which really helped. Nothing better then getting ya rigs all set up for a fish with the boys and a couple cold Brews

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Customer service that is straight to the point and honest. I recently went into the store after a very long absence to get advice on reel maintenance... and the next thing I know Tim heads out to his car to get the reel grease for me to take home to service the reels myself. The kicker is this - "Just bring the grease back when you are done" - now that type of service you do not see anywhere at all.
Haven't been here before, rocked up needing to get some reels spooled. Tim was really helpful, very knowledgeable. I know buggar all about fishing but Tim was happy to chat and pass over his knowledge to get me started on the right track. Ill be going back for sure, support the little guy! Thanks mate.

Tim provided spent the time to provide advice that helped me landing a salmon, plus more in record time. Highly recommended.
Not a good experience , went to take a rod to get repaired ,and owner did not want to be bothered as apparently not enough money involved , didn't receive any good old-fashioned service. It's a Shame some people are only interested in the money side and not actually helping people out.

Tim’s fishing knowledge and passion for the sport/past time is clearly evident. I have the utmost respect for Tim’s fishing wisdom and willingness to stand up for the average angler and the future of our sport. He is a one man band and thus you need to be patient if he is serving others; but you know that when he gets around to serving you, that he will not deviate until he is satisfied that he has helped you out to the best of his ability. Tim provides far better fishing knowledge and advice than you would receive at the larger franchised stores in Perth typically staffed with lower cost, younger assistants.
