Amazing customer service! I actually started off next door at Craft Decor where the staff were rude and did not acknowledge or offer to help me. Glad that happened because when I came to Tiles 88, it was a pleasant and friendly experience. Great customer service and found a lovely tile. Thank you.

Here is my experience: Bought two lots of tiles. One arrived after a few dramas and with several boxes of broken tiles. Organising the delivery of the second lot (fully paid) was off the charts entirely- Showroom closed and owner rarely picked up the phone and when he did, he was rude and dismissive. Received abusive & threatening calls and texts from owner after we questioned the availability of the tiles. Unhappy with our comments, owner advised us that he will leave the tiles front of his warehouse on Saturday morning (the paid invoice included delivery cost!). Still, we’ve organised for a friend to pick them up on Saturday. Still unhappy, the owner changed his mind and cancelled “the purchase” on Friday night, just 4 days before they were due to the builder. The good thing is that I've received a refund. A very traumatising and distressing experience.
