We decided to undertake a bathroom make over and visited a number of bathroom shops in our local area. This place was by far the least helpful. When we entered the store we were impressed by the range of items within the store and the prices seemed pretty good. Unfortunately the sales guy behind the counter had other more important things to do than serve customers. When we entered the sales guy was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge us from behind the desk. As we were looking around the store we heard end one phone call and then pick up the phone and make a second phone call. 5 minutes later he decided to make a 3rd phone call and completely ignore us. After 10 minutes, we decided to leave the store as obviously our custom and business was not wanted or valued by the sales guy. I am wondering what after sales service is like if this is how potential customers are regarded and treated? We ended up going to Amber tiles where we had a completely different customer service experience and was able to have all our questions answered and decided to choose them for our bathroom reno project.

Outstanding service! I will be back to this store for future bathroom/kitchen requirements. We had a lovely vanity which we purchased from this store which was unfortunately poorly installed. Ray went out of his way to assist us to amend this plumbing error. Highly commended and terrific service. Thank you.
Went in for some information, I found the man on sale duty, gruff, unhelpful and borderline rude. I was inquiring about the renovation of one of my investment property's bathroom. Was the job too small for his liking? None less, you might want to put someone a little more gracious as the first point of contact people have with your business.
Bought 3 toilets from here, and 2 of them broke in the first 3 months. Tried to get replacement parts (was happy to pay for them), went in there twice, was given incorrect information, and never received a call back. Ray does all he can to avoid doing work. UPDATE: Brian saw my review and called me to resolve the issue. He was very helpful and was able to get the parts for me. While it did take some time and a poor review to get the issue resolved, the follow up was a pleasant surprise. We have had a lot of experience in dealing with similar business during the time we where building a new house and this is a better level of service than you get from other tile and bathroom suppliers (or any building material suppliers).
