honestly the worst service I have ever received, we had to go visit the showroom to get answers as to why our tiles were a different shade as to the ones we previously ordered since they ignored my emails and decided to not reply. I ordered tiles through them and they have messed up the tiles themselves and have given me the wrong colour which I already paid money for and refused to give me a refund because there was nothing they could do about it. the way they handled the situation was in a very ignorant manner, pls save yourself money and go somewhere else to get your tiles :) not pleasant at all.

My husband and I were greeted rudely because we didn't realise it was appointment only. We only wanted to see two specific tiles that our builder is using for our house. We were told to "show respect to the people already in the room", which I thought was ridiculous and disgusting to say to anyone. We were very quickly showed the tiles, and then rudely interrupted by another employee saying we have to leave as there was an urgent call. We both left feeling really awful about this whole experience, I thought it was very unprofessional. Judging from the other bad reviews on various websites, I don't know why they haven't improved their service! If I could give zero stars I would, it's definitely deserved!

Whoever drives the company van is an absolute maniac on the road. Their driving was careless and very dangerous. Their carelessness is probably reflected in the work they do as well. The company drivers are a bad reflection on your business. based on this I would not recommend Thynk.
