Nothing but praise for these guys. We were only doing a small job - renovation of our very old bathroom & toilet - but we still got the full service. Very helpful with the selection process, listening to our coments & watching what we were drawn to then offered some opinions & options. Would be very happy to recommend them.

Excellent customer service by Lana. Great selection. Very knowledgable and helpful. We were even given an amazing coffee and the kids were provided with a juice box. Highly recommended.
My partner and I went to this showroom not knowing it was appointment only and we were treated very rudely. Customer service was horrible. No offer to book us in for an appointment, she simply showed us 1 of the 3 tiles we wanted to purchase and just told us to go onto the manufactures website to view it. After how we were spoken to and treated, we left and went and purchased all of our tiles from Tuggerah Tiles. I highly recommend not even bothering with Tile Direct. Go to Tuggerah tiles, they had the same range that we wanted with a better display, more samples and their customer service was excellent!

Tried to go there today. Staff in store and out back however doors locked and says by appointment only on door!!!! Tried to ring them to make appt only to be told appts have to be made online! You know what.... you just lost our business (2 bathrooms and laundry).
