Went in today to get some preworkout and the manager and her colleague were so helpful! They were so knowledgeable on all the products. 10/10 would recommend, the team were so nice!!!

My first and last time purchasing from this company and would NEVER recommend this to anyone. Placed an order for two items being: 1 x Ghost Burn 1 x Ghost Legend Upon receiving the package in the mail, i had only received the Ghost Legend and was under the impression that due to the popularity of the item that i would receive the Ghost Burn separately due to back order as it was sold out on most websites (which was why i decided to order through Thrive Health & Nutrition). However after emailing and speaking to Caitlin the store manager over the phone and email i was told that there was nothing they can do about it as i had no proof and there was nothing the store could offer for me. I've explained my genuine frustration but nothing was done. Absolutely disappointing! This company is not even worth 1 star.

I’ve been a customer of this store for may be an year (or so). I have always got helpful and sound advice and have never felt they’re trying to “sell” me any product. The quality of the products is high value and the customer service is top notch given the staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend.
