Sydney to Adelaide, ordered Monday and received Wednesday AM, all in perfect order. Abbey, hats off to you for your fantastic service and communication. Customer service is exceptional. I had a fault with a product 2 months after purchase and this was dealt with promptly and far exceeded my expectations! I wasn't even sure there would be anything they could do but Georgia emailed back within 2hrs offering to replace them. I loved that they are local then to have such exceptional customer service... I would most definitely be recommending this company to anyone and everyone!
