Ordered two trophies on a Saturday afternoon, got a reply/confirmation on the first business day (Monday), received 100% clear and accurate proof email to approve on Tuesday, received email on Wednesday to say the trophies were ready for pickup. Pricing was competitive, trophies are exactly as depicted on the website, timeframe of 5 days vs estimate of 5-7 days, engraving is perfect (including detailed club logo) and the service was friendly and fast.
