We had our table recovered and it was great, service was good, loved the new fabric but when the black lines were drawn on the new fabric they bled into the fabric and became blurred and it was quite unsightly. I rang within a week of having the table recovered and was told they would send someone out to check but that didn’t happen. Rang again after a month, same response but still no one came. Rang again after COVID-19 settled, same response, still no one. Since had it fixed no thanks to Thompson’s Billiards. Very disappointing, they need Customer Service. Currently don’t have any.
