yesterday I used wattyls heavy duty metal primer on a boat trailer that I spent hours stripping back to bare metal .It was a perfect day to paint outside, overcast, cool , no wind !!. according to the instructions on the tin this paint was suitable for application by brush, roller ,or by spraying I used a brush, what a nightmare!!! , the paint was drying as soon as applied and gave no time to brush it out as I have always done with primer to ensure a good contact with the metal, this stuff was dry almost on contact, what rust inhibiting qualities claimed for this product had on the metal I shudder to think as it had no time to act .LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR VIEWS ON MY COMMENTS .
