Shocking service. Their phone lines are hardly ever answered, they don't follow up on requests. Highly advise against doing business with this company.

Waterlogic removed a unit from our office a year ago, and continue to charge us MONTHLY for services not rendered - when questioned, they threaten to send you to a debt collector. If you've also experienced this behaviour, PLEASE report them to the ACCC - one complaint isn't enough for anything to get done, but multiple complaints will be.
Hopeless service but those they work for AKA waterlogic....their service and units are the worst. Don't bother look elsewhere for better water unit services...
I wish you had zero stars. Bunch of crooks that will do everything to lock you in. But once you in, good luck........ Really consider were you spending your hardworking

I would honestly steer clear of Waterlogic. Over 9 months waiting for them to remove a unit... Cant get hold of them, dont respond to emails. Worse than being on the phone to Telstra !!!

be warned, after years (approx 10/11) of paying for the annual rental and never having our equipment upgraded. When I requested cancellation they are charging me the equivalent of 6 months rental to take it away as apparently 90 days notice before annual resigning is required or you are penalised. That amount includes rental for 3 months and 219 removal fee..........
