The staff are excellent. I received prompt and helpful responses via email. I was in a panic trying to get white boxes for our wedding and they checked with their warehouse to make sure they were in stock before I put the order through so that when I selected courier delivery they would definitely arrive in time. It is probably best to ask before ordering if you are on a time crunch as some products need to be made to order and take longer. The products arrived and they are just as described. They do arrive flat packed but, there are helpful videos on their website to show you how to assemble. Assembly was quick and easy once I followed the video.
