Very disappointed and not like the experiences mentioned elsewhere. Many years ago I received great service from this team on getting a Philips LCD TV repaired where they had great in home technicians. This was one of the reasons why I reached back out to this business. Recently I had a TV with a broken panel due to pressure applied to the screen and described the fault to the team. All I asked for was an indicative price on what it costed and the man was rude and unhelpful, giving a range of 100 to 2000 and insisted on a paid quote. I made it very clear that it was indicative to assess the effectiveness of assessing or not, and if it was another fault would happily pay any difference. When I again questioned the man, Ricardo, about an indicative price, he hung up the phone. It is highly customer uncentric and all the person needed to say is 'for a common Samsung TV the price is typically X, however please bear in mind it might be more of a greater fault is found'. A phone repair shop staffed by less qualified people can clearly say 'it is between this and time and most likely that' but this team seemed unwilling to assist and asked to drive 20kms and pay for an indicative range What is also dissappointing rather than taking my constructive feedback onboard, the response suggests there was ‘verbal abuse’. I can say categorically this was not the case only questioned as to logic as per this note on why an indicative price for a common operation could not be provided. The other reviews suggest what I have asked for is usually provided. As can be seen from this note I have provided balanced feedback and the members that repaired the tv 11 years ago hold in high regard. The question was simple and it was not a quote asked for rather than an indicative price. I am still willing to do business if as simple answer to my question can be provided

I am amazed! Sent them an inquiry for 2 damaged TV's and not only the Scottish lad called me just a couple of hours later, but he also suggested that for my case, it would probably be more beneficial to buy new TV's than to actually use their services to fix it. There's hope in humanity!
Absolutely fantastic service crew and Admin staff! I am extremely happy with my service. Before getting Optimum in i had another company tell me that my LG television was not repairable because it was LG Rear Projection too old....got my quote refunded back as i explained to them that Optimum was able to fix my television and they also repaired my remote. Many thanks to the two Peters who visited to fix my Hisense Television, the guys arrived on time and fixed it quickly and with total expertise , very happy to have my new TV back .
I recently took my Yamaha receiver into Optimum Electronic Solutions as it had no power. I was advised I would receive a call once it had been assessed and they had a quote for me. They called me with the quote advising a part needed to be changed and within a few days of accepting the quote, they called to advise me that parts had arrived and they were in the process of fitting and testing them. Once this was done they called me to advise my unit was ready for pick up. I am so impressed with the service and efficiency provided by these guys that I would give them a 10 out of 10 if it was an option. Thank you Optimum for fixing my unit. We connected it back up to our sound system and the unit has never worked better! If you’re looking for a place to have your unit repaired, these are the people! Highly recommend.
Optimum was the third company I dealt with in the process of getting a TV assessed and replaced, and out of everyone I dealt with they were the only company that showed actual care and a desire to get me a resolution. They were excellent to deal with, from their phone support to the technicians that came out to my house. Prompt and thorough service. Very highly recommended!
