I went there yesterday to get some burfi/sweets as I had a pregnancy craving and found a hair in the middle of a piece as I was cutting through it. I'm very lucky to have cut into it rather than taking a bite straight out of it. I am extremely disgusted and got my husband to take the box back to them today and received a refund. I really think they should've done more to acknowledge this incident. They should also obviously be wearing hair nets on their heads and beards. Overall I'm very disappointed and won't be going back there. I would post a photo but google isn't allowing me to. .

Searched best choley bhature around and this place showed up at a 20 mins drive. While driving through the industrial warehouses and other business on my way, I wasn't sure how the place and food will turn out to be. Upon reaching n seeing all tables full, I was sure we are in for a surprise, the food aroma in this place was mesmerising. Had to wait a good 10 minutes before we could get a table. While waiting n without checking the menu I thing was already decided the Aaaloo Pattie, which looked great in the hot oven. So we ordered patties which tasted owsum with the condiments red n green chutnies. Followed by Dahi Bhalla papdi, Chole Bhaturey and Veg Thali. In veg Thali you get options to choose 2 curries we took DalMakhani n Shahi Paneer, and I think Shahi Paneer was the best I personally had in Melbourne in last 11 years at an Indian outlet. Upon leaving we also took 300gms of assorted sweets. And for all this we spent a total of 48 Definitely every was worth the flavour and experience. Sweets were good too and the best of all the wait staff was so helpful, and assisting everyone with a smile that adds an extra star to the service. Do try this outlet for their lipsmakcin' food.
I was a big fan of the shop have been coming to visit this place from far. But have realised that their quality of food and their business ethics has changes. The min. EFTPOS has been increased from 10 to 15 with a surcharge of 50c. They have charged me ladoo at 40/kg. When confronted they told as you took in piece that is why we have charged you extra. The rate while purchasing was 21/kg. The money doesn't matter but they cut the money without informing and charging extra and fooling customer. My excitement of them opening in Western suburb is zero now.
Food was delicious and place seemed quite popular. Would recommend the Thali meals, very busy at the time but service was prompt and staff were helpful!
i just drove past this place. unsure why google reckons i was here.. anyways 5 stars
Very bad experience Too late service, food was tasteless and the curry was too runny just a single piece of potato was there in the name of curry.. We spoke to the fornt staff(she was a punjabi girl with pagdi of black colour) regarding the issue and she just ignored us and didn't take a single move...THIS WILL BE THE FIRST AND LAST TIME ON THIS PLACE .... AVOID THIS PLACE Very bad experience ,avoid this place. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. YOU GUYS DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR IN REVIEW.
An absolute delight. Beat vegetarian food place in western Melbourne!! Excellent ambiance and yummy food!!!
Nice place to hangout with friends and family. Great choice for Indian food and sweets.
