Great shop helpfull staff. We went to get some budgies and my daughter wanted a blue one there were 3 and she and the staff who took time with her helped her choose. Honestly a brilliant place highly recommended
Really superb groomers. A little bit pricey compared to your local private groomer. But you really get what your paying for. You have the option of working and flea treatments while they are being groomed which is a bonus!

Where to even start with the service & care from the Vets & Nurses at Best Friends Pet Thomastown. Our 17 year old dog Charley Brown had to have 2 .30 hr surgery yesterday....that's a lot for a little dog, for the team at Best Friends & for us sitting at home waiting. The care & attention they gave Charley & our family was outstanding, giving us updates throughout the day, & follow up txts to see how she was going on Saturday night & sunday morning. I heard today, that Charley started crying when she was waiting for us to pick her up, so one of the Vets, sat with her and read her a story to calm her anxiety. How beautiful is that.... Needless to say, that the animals are their number 1 priority and l would definately trust the team at this store to care for the 3rd member of our family. If you are looking for a trusted Vetinary clinic, then give them a call. Your pet is in safe hands.
