Was not happy with the service I was receiving, so I asked for the manager. Now I know where they get it from. He was very rude and disrespectful! Follow the leader mentality unfortunately..

Avoid, if you pay upfront they will not refund you, will not recommend, 1st they say you can get refunded, will use items for other things. Then when you change your mind they say no, so know we have to figure out what the next thing to do with the item, all we want is a fall refund, we haven't even taken it out of your Factory, still you will not refund us, future note, dont pay upfront, don't be manipulated, until item is already for pick up on the day. Suppose to be 1 & 1/2 weeks, not 2 days. We didn't have the chance to think it over, it was very expensive too. I will delete this post when my mentally I'll brother gets a refund. Respect, we are going on a Carers holiday with our clients too, so we need our ..
