I recently purchased my engagement ring at Thomas Jewellers and was served by Nancy. Nancy was very attentive and helpful and she patiently answered all of my queries, as well as recommending other pieces that she thought I might like. Nancy was never pushing me to buy anything (I don’t like pushy sales people), but was readily able to assist with what I was after. I was so happy with her service that I ended up buying not one, but four diamond rings from the store. The next day, I even brought my sister in and she ended up buying a diamond ring based on Nancy’s recommendation as well. When my husband needed to have his wedding ring re-sized, we were having problems with this until we went into Thomas Jewellers. We’d been told by other jewellers that it couldn’t be done, as the ring needed to be re-sized significantly, but Vanessa took one look and assured us that it would not be a problem. Vanessa’s knowledge about jewellery is second to none and along with how she went out of her way to look after us, she definitely made us feel very special. We were very impressed by how quickly and professionally Vanessa handled the entire process and my husband even commented “this lady really knows her stuff.” The after sales care is fantastic as well, I can pop in anytime to have my rings cleaned free of charge and Nancy and Vanessa always take the time to say hello and welcome me back to the store. In summary, the customer service I have received from both Nancy and Vanessa has been nothing short of outstanding and I have no hesitation in recommending Thomas Jewellers to all of my friends and family.
I had a great experience buying an engagement ring. I was attended by Soo Kong and since I first called to the shop to ask for some specs, I felt very supported all along the whole process making the buying experience great. She was ready to answer any question very professionally and the most important thing was that I feel I could trust on her. I recommend 200% this shop and this lady.
I went in to have a watch battery replaced and at service was served by a wonderful lady. Sara replaced the battery with efficiency and was a delight to chat with. I would recommend asking for Sara at service if you would like to experience a lovely smile along with astute customer service.

I went to the Melbourne store to work out how my Pulsar digital watch works. I was told to go upstairs for help where I was served by a lovely lady named Tam, who was so helpful and patient with me that I was very impressed with her commitment to service. I got the advice I needed with complete alacrity from Tam, who I think would have top be a very valuable employee to your organisation.
I purchased a ring from Erica for my husband. I found Erica extremely helpful, courteous,and easy to deal with. Erica responded quickly and efficiently to all e-mails sent and kept us in the loop regarding our purchase. I cannot praise Erica's professionalism highly enough.
