Working with Thomas Brown Shopfitting was a great experience and changed the way I viewed Shopfitters, this is because we had a very bad experience with another shopfitter in the past and this was a corrected my view on the trade. Emelia the designer was creative, innovative and helped bring our ideas to life while staying within our budget and strict timeframe. At the last minute before approval of the original design we decided to do a major change, and Emilia was excited to redo her work and go with our crazy idea. The project management was excellent with great communication along the way and our approval for any little change that needed to happen, and it was finished on ETA! Our new concept has made Aqua Gardening the winner of the Brand transformation category in the 2020 NRA Retail award . This is due to the unique customer experience this design created. Thank you, Emelia, Sam, Michael, Trent and all the rest of the team, for making this project stress free and with amazing results! Will definitely use you again for future projects.

Five years after Trent and his team fitted out my first Skin Cancer & Cosmetic Clinic at Lutwyche, they have done it again and made my dream MediSpa come true! The experience of working with Thomas Brown Shopfitters are second to none. They genuinely care about and listen to my needs; and are extremely capable of giving me constructive ideas and suggestions from designing phase all the way to aftercare. They have successfully turned an unloved Teneriffe worker’s cottage into a well light, modern luxury MediSpa, while still retaining the original charm.
Thomas Brown Shopfitters have designed us a new dispense counter, and performed multiple shop fitting projects in our pharmacy. Trent employs quality staff and the service is superb. From concept, to design through to completion the process is properly managed and all trades are organised by Thomas Brown Shopfitters. The job is done right and on time. Very refreshing dealing with quality people that have pride in their product. Highly recommend.
Thomas Brown Shop fitters helped out in my home renovations, being new to Brisbane I didn't have the knowledge of who are the best tradesmen. Trent and the staff at Thomas Brown are great, they took the stress of the project away, and organised all the different trades. We wanted new stone bathroom vanities, hallway linen cupboards, kitchen tops and cabinets, plus, plumbing, new walls and painting. All the trades had great attention to detail, it was fantastic not to worry about 'will the job be good enough'. In this current market of cheap and nasty, I'm happy to pay quality people for quality work and quality products.
