Rude and unprofessional staff( particularly the short Chinese guy this glasses), had an awful experience, company offers drive through ordering but apparently this guy is too weak to lift anything, and also doesn't believe in following safety measures applied by Vic government. No matter what time you visit this store, you'll find this guy eating at the service desk, for God sake your store comes under hospitality sector have some decency and give that guy a lunch room.
Even when slammed with countless delivery orders, the staff are always professional, polite, and work great as a team.
