Lots of beautiful products and helpful service. Only downfall is a slightly crowded store. Makes it hard to see everything and tricky shopping with children. Will shop there again though.

Well set up and organised with restrictions and customers being patient and understanding due to the small location. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

Very happy with my purchase although next time i will use express post as it took 16 days for australia post to deliver to Victoria. No way effects my experience as hard to find knitting needles and wools are worthwhile buying from australian shops!
As a relatively new knitter, I went in there a week ago to pick up supplies for a baby blanket for a nephew on the way, The lady that served me (I didn't get her name) was so incredibly helpful that I left with supplies, a beginner friendly pattern and complete confidence in my new project which has never happened before. I couldn't reccomend the Wool Inn enough, and my nephews blanket is the best work I have done yet! Thank you guys! I will definitely be back for the next project!
I can’t recommend this store highly enough, not only are the ladies knowledgeable and very helpful but very efficient as well and true to there word. I phone ordered on Wednesday late afternoon and received it postage free on Friday in Queensland. I know where I will be shopping for wool in future. Again ladies Thank You
