Von has provided amazing service throughout. Just a very lovely man always answering all my questions and guiding me throughout the journey of getting the best customised wall bed . Sending photos to help with ideas and really invested in his products to give you the best. We will put up some pictures once complete so can see the final product for yourself once done.
We were in the market for a wall bed and came across you on google. We visited you store in Yarraville to find you are no longer there and will no mention as to if you are open anymore or moved. We wasted time coming from Northern Suburbs to have a look. We now see there are others that had the same issue and we wish we read these reviews before heading to Yarraville. Not happy
We found you via Google and travelled over 1hour 20 yesterday to where your shop was listed in Yarraville to find you no longer exist there. It showed that you were open from 10 - 5 7 days but then to find out you are not there not even anything listed in google that you have either closed or moved. Is this how you run your business? Don't think you will get many sales operating like this
A BIT DISAPPOINTED and wasted time. We called your 1300 number on 2 occasions with no answer which means your call centre is doing a poor job. We then decided to take the trip from Ocean Grove to the Yarraville Showroom you have listed on your website to find you have no products on display and that you have moved out without even updating your website. We have now checked online for a closer store to us in Geelong that has the Alpha Bed which was the product we are looking for - found them to at least to be there and have the product we want (Wall Beds R US). Very Unprofessional! Thanks for wasting half a day of our time in travelling :(
Recently purchased a wall-bed with desk and side bookcases. Von went above and beyond in assisting with best product choice for our needs. Follow up customer service was excellent. The finished product looks amazing - could not fault any element of our interaction with this business. Highly recommend.
Von has been extremely helpful in talking to me about the custom solution I'm after. He has provided me with many answers to my number of questions about what can and can't be customised in order to have a balance between aesthetics and structural integrity. I'm yet to order the bed but from the help he's provided so far, I'd recommend Von for his great communication, advice and competitive prices.
I recently purchased a wallbed through Von. His customer service was outstanding and the bed is sensational and looks great. I had it installed by the Wallbed centre and the installers were also very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend every aspect of this great company.
