This place is totally a joke and looking for your money, not worried about your actual mental health or issues. Both receptionists were absolutely useless, what an embarrassment to have them as the first point of contact for your business. “Psychiatrist” ‘listened’ to me for 2 hours and then decided I didn’t need to see one, even though I have seen multiple in the past and never had one say that to me EVER, then charged me 600 because she didn’t wanna see me again and I would only have her for one appointment, rather than the 3 I had already been forced to book originally. Wasn’t explained to me verbally or in the documents provided that I would be charged 600 for being rejected and told there’s no reason for you to be here. I’ve never been so upset when I’m just trying to help and improve myself. Waste of time. Please don’t waste your money.

A month ago my doctor sent a referral for me to see Dr Tina Thomas, after waiting two weeks to hear anything I called the clinic to find out if I could get an appointment, at the time I was told that my referral had to be reviewed by the Doctor first, this apparently takes 2-3 weeks, then apparently I would get a call to advise if I could get an appointment. I continued to wait and today finally got a call which I missed, the woman who called left me a voicemail to say that I had been declined. Now I understand that the pandemic has meant an increase in the need for mental health services but this is honestly horribly unprofessional! Not only did it take a month to get back to me but the only thing I got was a voicemail saying I’d been declined, no details on why or anything else, just declined. Now for somewhere that offers mental health services you would think that you would think about how the person who has been referred is possibly feeling and maybe not just leave them a voice mail saying they have been declined without details. I don’t usually leave reviews for anything but as there is very little information out there for people to go off when trying to find a Doctor and the lengthy wait to even get reviewed here let alone get an appointment I thought it worthwhile noting my experience. Honestly please don’t bother with this place, they obviously don’t care and will likely make your mental health worse.
