Dr Rolf Tsui is the best GP I've ever had, or I've heard anyone had for that matter. He's intelligent, updated, considerate, kind and caring, patient, and very generous with his time and knowledge. I love this guy!

The girl working as front staff was very rude, she scolded me for making a mistake on the new patient form and making things difficult for them.

Dr. Anthony Mead is a cold person and is not a good GP. Do not see him if you need anything more than a signature. He spent most of the appointment typing slowly on his computer while I sat quietly and awkwardly; he only spent a few seconds asking me about my problem before saying there wasn't anything he could do for me. He didn't offer any information about what I could do to alleviate the pain and when asked if I should see a physio he said "if you think it'll help". A good GP would have written a referral to the physio as I am entitled to 5 free sessions under the MBS and advised me as to what anti inflammatory/pain medication may help with the pain. A better GP would have actually made eye contact with me and treated me like a person. Now I will need to waste more of my time booking an appointment with an actually competent GP.

I recently visited this clinic and had an awful time, extremely unprofessional and lazy service. The doctor was disinterested and seemed not to care at all about my health issue and how to fix it.
