Some of the best tradespeople that we have come across. The whole process of having our staircase built was super easy and fuss free from quoting to completion. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Do not use these people. They are very expensive and all goes well until you have an issue and then they tell you to go jump. I had an issue with the balusters having large visible holes in them- queried it and was told that there "was nothing they can do." I spent hours polishing all the timber and then they go and ruin it. Worst thing is that I simply ask about it and get told in a smartarse way that "even if it was gold plated- I wouldn't be happy." Yes, I am fussy, but I am not unreasonable. Why would I stress myself over something that didn't exist. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THERE ARE OTHERS OUT THERE HALF THE PRICE THAT WILL ACTUALLY CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER. If this is not resolved, I will be going to the department of fair trading. Everyone- pass this on. These people are absolutely ruthless and have no right to be in business. Put it on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. Pass the news on.
