Great company with amazing stairs and awesome customer service
Unhelpful and unwilling to do business outside of their area despite customers offering to make it easier for them ie. organise pick up and installation. Disappointing that they did not want our (potentially ongoing) business - happy to take it elsewhere.
Didn't finish on the install date, due to 3 missing spindels then 2 weeks later returned. To install spindels upside down.
