We so loved staying here. From booking, check in and leaving, we had the best service you could ask for. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Time in the pool with our 5 year old son was amazing. I can't thank all of the staff enough for taking such great care of us. Highly recommended to everyone . We will certainly be back.

Large clean and modern rooms with plenty of space. Large pool, shaded in parts and with ledges or shallow areas for children. Restaurant is popular so book ahead or you can also get takeaway and eat in your room. On site guest laundry, bring gold coins. Conveniently located in middle of town and walking distance to most things include water park, museums and supermarket. The place to stay in Cooktown.
Staff need to know there job. Very rude! Need to learn how to speak to talk to customers. The young bloke didnt know what he was talking about. The foreign bloke needs to lose the attitude. And the Manager, if that was her. Needs a holiday and a hairdresser!
Really nice clean room and friendly staff especially lovely lady who booked us in. Enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Staff were very helpful, even being overly accommodating with a booking system mix-up that was very much appreciated after a long drive. Facilities were great, rooms were clean, modern, and well presented. Lovely big pool with deck chairs to relax on. Laundry facilities (4 each for washer or dryer). Restaurants close by (one onsite) and museum just around the corner. Put plainly: definitely stay there again next time!
We didn't stay here overnight as we stayed in the caravan park with swags, however we had drinks and dinner there. The service was really good and we had more than enough food in our meals. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
