I went in for surgery recently and they were all so lovely and welcoming. I really recommend this hospital.

Took my toddler around midnight, for an ear pain and cough issue. The nurses at the emergency were so so so patient and calm. I'm in awe. The person who attended us, very peacefully and calmly explained what to do and what the issue was, and not once did she hurry or rush us. Due to the delay in the doctor's arrival, a lot of parents were angry but they handled the situation so well.

Have had multiple visits here having three children and can't recommend highly enough the number one place for all medical emergencies regarding children, beautiful nurses and doctors plenty of wonderful things to see and do while little ones are here and healing. Thank you royal children's hospital !

They don't have enough rooms in emergency and yet they are the best for nothing! Waiting since 5 hours. They think baby is bitten by an insect and will take a sample of the wounded blister and only for that sample they have taken 5 hours!!!! Just like that! All they do is to earn through parking area! We come here as worried parents and the swelling was increasing badly. If Godforbid it was an insect it could get worse so better treated early than late. But NO. And I requested them to make it a priority as I am a pregnant mom and was having pain sitting in one position but what they said was we can't hurry cox you are pregnant. Atleast consider or polite in a good manner. Not at all friendly staff. Worst experience this time!!!!!

Unfortunately been here way more than anyone wants to however our experience with Warwick Teague has been fantastic, he is the most exceptional surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner who really went above and beyond for every step of our sons recovery. Also a big thumbs up to Sebastian King who helped Warwick. Nursing staff were an amazing support the whole way through this terrible time.
