Great hospitality and friendliness accompanied with professional medical staff. A great infrastructure that makes Melbournians proud of their city.

My son has been going to RCH ever since a baby and is still on going (It's been 5 years now). Can't fault this hospital! We are absolutely so so lucky to have this hospital in Melbourne. With great facilities for kids and families too!

We are so blessed in Melbourne to have one of the best children’s hospitals in the world. All the staff, Doctors and nurses, are so caring, wise and professional, I could not have asked for better care for my son. Everyone has so much compassion, and lightheartedness, they really help to make it the best possible experience for both the children and the carers, out of what is usually, unfortunately, a very bad experience. Your well observed efforts are always appreciated and will never be forgotten. Update; have not had to go there for a while, but I still only hear good things about the Royal Children’s hospital.

We owe the incredible doctors and nurses here so much. The treatment and care given to our daughter has been beyond amazing. H couldn't have been in better hands. Thank you a million times over.

Worst hospital, making a kid wait for 24 hours without food and then be told he is not going for operation. Next day same story be told going before lunch and then by 3 PM you have been bumped again.....public health system at its best. We call ourselves privileged country, Medicare we cover you for some things, Private Insurance we cover you for some things....no one knows what a person is covered at what kind of hospital. Have to ask nurses if operation is happening. In the meantime have a hungry kid in pain waiting for his turn!

I am glad to receive such a love and care for my 1 month old baby here in RCH. All the Doctors and Nurses were very helpful. They would always try their best to make our (parents/carer)stay comfortable. Treatment my child received was good. Special Thanks to Nurses Jess, Julie, Jessica, Bella and Darcy from Sugar Gliders ward for the care they showed during our 3 days stay.
