Fantastic dining experience! The menu offered a great range of options and service was above and beyond. We had 3 dishes, wine and dessert. The clam & prawn pasta was well balanced and flavourful. The striploin steak with potatoes was cooked perfectly and delicious. The eye fillet was juicy and the serving of fried generous. For dessert the pannacotta was sweet, well presented and a great sized portion. We were fortunate enough to have Vino Maniam, of the Pullman Quay Grand, serve us and we couldn’t fault his hospitality and engaging nature. Would highly recommend for both in-house guests of the Sebel and those in the local area!

Cozy, professional and delicious. Quartier are part of the Sebel and so you can use your Accor plus benefit here. The French martini was very robust and flavoursome, I really enjoyed the trio of butters with the baguette (I just wish there was more baguette). I wouldn't order the zucchini flowers again, but I would come back for the chef's best scallops and the chef's best tenderloin steak (pairs perfectly with Dijon mustard). The mushroom ravioli was a little heavy but ok. I wish we had room to try the apple rhubarb crumble or the apple tart. Well done
