Hi Christo, received my watch back this morning. It appears to be working perfectly. Many thanks for the swift response and repair under warranty. It is good to see that your brand comes with a five year warranty and obviously you believe in and stand by your product. Bausele watches really impressed me from the beginning. I purchased one 2 years ago and just love it -- I wear it more than all my other watches combined! This great new Australian brand and I love telling the Bausele watch story to everyone.
I bought one of the Pilot automatic watches to replace my SevenFriday. It's cheaper but I feel that the quality is made better. It's got a really nice feeling ceramic case and the sapphire on the front and back panels are a really nice touch imo. The deal is really good, they gave me two watch straps and there is 5-year warranty... haven't really worn the SF since.
I recently purchased an Oceanmoon Currawong. I’m so happy with this watch, it is a big solid piece which looks amazing on. Christophe has done a great job developing the entire range. The number of compliments I have had is incredible, I can’t get it off my wrist and highly recommend the brand.
I first came across an article about Bausele back in 2014 and loved the ingenuity and the sentiment represented by the design - a combination of the best of Australia and Switzerland (where my husband and I have both lived). We have moved around a fair bit but having grown up in Australia, I always joked that my husband is very much an Aussie boy and there was no better gift than a watch (he is an enthusiast!) that allowed him to carry a piece of home with him. I purchased the first OceanMoon back in 2015 and received a personal thank-you e-mail from Christophe himself. The watch is strong and sturdy - it has been to cities, swam in pools, sunned in sandy beaches and conquered surfs - definitely a quality timepiece that also came with the versatility of interchangeable straps. It was much loved and I made another purchase of the OceanMoon II the year after. The thing about great timepieces is - you slap it on your wrist, it puts a smile on your face and it proceeds to work quietly and faithfully in the background day in day out with absolutely no problems. That is what Bausele is exactly! It wasn't until recently that I had to change the battery of the first OceanMoon, I brought it to a regular place that replaces watch battery and somehow the person had mucked it up. I contacted Bausele - Christophe handled the call personally and ran me through a simple process of sending the watch in to be resurrected. The long and the short of it - the watch was sent in, tested, resurrected and mailed back by Express Post, all within a week! Like the watch itself, the service puts smiles on faces and proceeded without any fuss in the background. So not only are the timepieces an affirmative nod towards horology, but its post-sales service (even after a couple of years down the line) matches it equally in quality. How's that for win-win!
Hi Christo, I am over the moon with my new OceanMoon II. I love the design, so perfect for us girls running our companies whilst looking elegant and trendy with our Bausele watches. I was rather pleased that although my wrist is small, the watch band is a perfect fit and, easy to change. Additionally, although the watch may appear large and heavy, it is not noticable because it is beautifully balanced and elegantly designed. I wear my watch every day now and am generally unaware of it's presence...unless of course I sit admiring the wonderful black and subtle rose gold revealing itself from below my shirt cuff.
